All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays.

4.2 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. Delivery to remote areas may require additional time.

4.3 Shipping Charges

A flat shipping charge applies at checkout based on your delivery location. Orders above PKR 3,000 qualify for free standard shipping.

4.4 Estimated Delivery Time

•        Major cities, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and Multan: 2 to 4 business days

•        Other cities and remote areas: 4 to 7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4.5 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

4.6 Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for all orders within Pakistan. A confirmation call or message may be made before dispatch to verify order details.

4.7 Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our courier partner may attempt redelivery or return the order to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
